Application criteria for M.Sc. program

Candidates who fulfill the following conditions may apply.

• B.S. degree (it is desirable to have a B.S. degree in mathematics, or to have taken a number of mathematics courses during studies for the B.S. degree).
• B.S. CGPA : min 2.75/4.00
  ALES(quantitative) : min 70
• METU English Proficiency Exam (EPE) : min 65
  TOEFL IBT : min 79
  TOEFL PBT+TWE : min 550 + 4
  IELTS : min 6.5.

Application criteria for Ph.D. program(s)

Candidates who fulfill the following conditions may apply.

• B.S. degree (it is desirable to have a B.S. degree in mathematics, or to have taken a number of mathematics courses during studies for the B.S. degree).

• Ph.D. on B.S.	Ph.D. Program
  CGPA : min 3.00/4.00	B.S. CGPA: min 3.00/4.00  or M.S. CGPA: min 3.50/4.00
  ALES(quantitative) : min 80	ALES(quantitative) : min 70

• METU English Proficiency Exam (EPE) : min 65.
  TOEFL IBT : min 79
  TOEFL PBT+TWE : min 550 + 4
  IELTS : min 6.5
